2. Description of Service

IconForge provides AI-powered icon generation services. We offer:

• AI-generated mobile app icons based on your prompts
• Multiple style options and customization features
• Icon upscaling and editing tools
• Export functionality for iOS and Android formats

3. User Accounts

To use IconForge, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

IconForge operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 10 free credits upon signup (3 free icon generations)
• Icon generation costs 3 credits per generation
• Credits can be purchased through Ko-fi
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Purchased credits do not expire

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of generated icons:

• You retain ownership of icons you generate using IconForge
• You may use generated icons for commercial and personal projects
• You may not resell or redistribute the raw icons as standalone products
• IconForge retains the right to showcase generated icons in our portfolio

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use IconForge to:

• Generate offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our services
• Create content that violates any laws or regulations
• Automate excessive requests or abuse our API

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of IconForge with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

IconForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of IconForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
